TERMS AND CONDITIONS

West Jordan Clean Pro Inc., also referred to as “Company,” “we,” or “us,” reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for our cleaning services in Utah or other locations without prior notice. By booking a service with West Jordan Clean Pro Inc., you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

COVID-19 Policy: Clients must disclose any COVID-19 symptoms, exposure, or quarantine requirements prior to service. If anyone in your household is sick or recently exposed, you must inform West Jordan Clean Pro Inc. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service on health and safety grounds.

Refunds & Re-Cleans: Our services are personalized; no refunds are offered. If unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours after service for one free re-clean. Clients must provide a list with photos of areas missed. Additional services cannot be added to a re-clean without meeting minimum service requirements. Re-cleans are scheduled within 24–48 hours, and clients must provide access.

Receipts & Payment: Receipts are automatically sent via email after successful payment. If not received, clients may request a manual receipt. Accepted payments include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and ACH/bank transfers. Cash payments require prior approval.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are redeemable for cleaning services only and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Any remaining balances can be applied to future services.

Scheduling & Cancellations: Clients may cancel a booking 24+ hours prior to avoid a $79 late cancellation fee. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free. West Jordan Clean Pro Inc. reserves the right to cancel service at any time.

Move-Out Cleaning: Homes must be empty and free of clutter. We do not remove pet odors; contact a specialist if needed. Additional charges apply for cleaning cabinets, fridges, or occupied spaces.

Cleaning Approvals: Service satisfaction can be approved via phone, text, or email. Once approved, re-clean requests may be denied. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service.

Teams & Conduct: Cleaning teams may consist of one or more cleaners. We try to maintain the same team but cannot guarantee it. Cleaners will not perform tasks outside the agreed scope, including repairs, meal prep, child/pet care, or heavy lifting.

Pets & Safety: Inform us if pets roam freely. Cleaners are not responsible for pets that escape and will not clean litter boxes or pet waste.

Equipment & Supplies: We provide all cleaning equipment. Clients may need to provide a vacuum if allergies are a concern.

Arrival Time: Service window is ±1 hour from scheduled time. Delays will be communicated as necessary.

Pricing & Service Adjustments: Prices may be adjusted based on home condition, size, and market rates. Clients must disclose the true state of the home at booking. Recurring services may be re-evaluated with notice.

Payment Policy: Full payment is required at booking. Late or missed payments may result in service cancellation.

Liability & Insurance: We are insured, but clients are responsible for valuables and cash. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, accidents, or theft.

Holidays & Special Conditions: Observed holidays include New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Regular cleaning is offered on other holidays.

Special Cleaning Services: Laundry, wall cleaning, inside appliances, hoarding, or behind furniture must follow specific preparation instructions. Extra work requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.

Keys & Access: Ensure access via key, code, or lockbox. Missed access may result in rescheduling; no refund is issued.

Confidentiality & Personal Information: Calls may be recorded for training. Client information will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Services are provided “as is.” No guarantees are made regarding timeliness, quality, or completeness. Use of services is at the client’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability does not exceed amounts paid in the prior six months. We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Arbitration: These Terms are governed by Utah law. Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration. Class actions or court litigation are waived, except for preliminary relief as necessary.

General Terms: No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the agreement. Use of services must be lawful and not harmful to others.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate services for policy violations or other reasons.
